Now I finally understand setting sprays...



For some reason, setting sprays have just never seemed to 'set' my makeup - in fact, i've found them to actually make my makeup slip and slide that bit more and that is definitely not what they're for!
 I recently saw Sharon Farell talking about this different application and it worked a treat...

My Spring Lipstick Staple




The sun is finally starting to make an appearance which to me means one thing - Spring is arriving. Now for a lot of people, Spring is the time of year where the bright lipsticks and blushers come out but I need a bit more sun for those kind of brights to make an appearance (I'm talking to you, Candy Yum Yum) and so this has been, and will continue to be, my Spring staple.

Let's start with the boring stuff - my skin type. My skin is combination-oily and little sensitive; especially in Autumn/Winter when I get lots of dry, dehydrated areas.

I think I've finally found my mascara holy grail - yep, a bold statement from anybody that's into makeup. Seriously, this is amazing, but it just doesn't seem to have any recognition or hype online.
